Catering Specialties



Polo Zerreshk: Rice with saffron, chicken, barberries and almonds. 

Tahchin: Saffron-infused rice cake, filled with chicken and accented with tardy barberries. Vegetarian option available.

Polo Lubia: Seasoned green beans and ground beef in a mild, spicy meat sauce with rice. 

Polo Shaved Bagala: Lima beans and dill weed flavored rice dish can be served with any chicken stew.

Dill weed and Black eyed bean rice: can be served with most stews

All rice dished are a vegetarian and vegan.

Khoresh Morgh: Chicken breast in a sweet and sour sauce with carrots and prune stew. 

Fesenjoon; Walnut and pomegranate sauce stew with chicken.

Khoresh Sabzi: Chopped beef in a hearty spinach and lime stew. 


Ghaleahe Mahi: Fresh grilled salmon in a tangy tamarind and cilantro sauce. 


Khoresh Karafs:
 Chicken breast in a tasty celery and mint stew. 

Khoresh Gheimeh: Split pea stew with chicken or beef and dried lime. 


Khoresh Bademjoon: Eggplant stew with chicken or beef or without meat as a vegetarian dish.

Samboseh: Mini Crispy tortilla wraps: onion, cabbage and potatoes with curry in a crispy baked tortilla shell- vegetarian small $1.50 minimum 20 per order.

Yogurt dips with pita bread $3.50 / 8 OZ container.
